Tenerife in November is one of the easiest sunshine trips in Europe. While mainland Spain cools down, the south of the island usually sits in the mid-20s °C (mid to upper 70s °F), the sea is still warm enough to swim, and the summer crowds are long gone.
The island has two very different sides, and that's the first decision. The sunny, dry south, from Costa Adeje to Playa de las Américas, is where the beach resorts are. The greener north around Puerto de la Cruz is more local and more Canarian, with older towns and cooler, cloudier days. For a November beach trip, the south is the safer bet.
